Terms and Conditions – Football Fever Prediction Campaign

By entering this campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility
    This campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. 

  2. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must complete the prediction form on the official campaign page and submit required details before the prediction closes for the relevant match.

  3. Prediction Deadline
    Predictions close 10 minutes before the official kickoff time of each match (UAE local time). Late submissions will not be accepted.

  4. One Entry Per Match
    Only one prediction per person per match is allowed. Duplicate submissions for the same match may be rejected.

  5. Winner Determination
    Match outcomes are based on official match data.

  6. Prizes
    Eligible winners may receive a promotional coupon code from the Promoter. Coupon details, usage rules, validity period, and redemption limits can found below.

  7. Winner Notification
    Winners are notified via the email address used during submission. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, delivery failures, spam filtering, or unread messages.

  8. No Cash Alternative
    Prizes/coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  9. Disqualification
    The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

  10. Technical Issues
    The Promoter is not liable for website downtime, system errors, API delays, connectivity issues, or other technical interruptions affecting entry, result processing, or notifications.

  11. Data Protection and Privacy
    By participating, you consent to collection and processing of your submitted data (such as name, email, prediction details, IP, and device/user-agent metadata) for campaign administration, winner selection, fraud prevention, and winner communication.
    Data may be processed through integrated tools (such as analytics or connected sheets/webhooks) used to operate the campaign.

  12. Campaign Changes
    The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms at any time, where reasonably necessary.

  13. Liability Limitation
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in this campaign.

  14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE.

  15. Coupon Redemption and Validity
    Winning participants must redeem their coupon by visiting any nearest Cut In Half branch and presenting the coupon code to staff at the time of redemption. Each coupon is valid for 5 calendar days from the relevant match day. If not redeemed within this 5-day period, the coupon will automatically expire and will no longer be valid or accepted.
